Bought a dvd, think it is fake...

How can I tell, and how do I report it to Ebay if it is?

It is a Disney one.

it should have the disney hologram logo on the case and the actual dvd

Nope, no logo. And the box is black rather than the dark blue that all my other Disney dvds are.

The picture on the DVD as well is rather crap and the cover of the box is quite thick.

have you contacted the seller? If no joy there open a not as described dispute via eBay.

No have not emailed seller as not sure what to do. Have emailed Ebay to enquire.

Yes it really does sound fake.

Contact the seller and ask if they are aware that it doesn't hold the hologram as all genunie Disney dvds and videos should.

They might not be aware so just check if they ignore you open a dispute.
