When the buggers haven't asked you beforehand how much the postage to their country is?

The Royal Mail website will give you the price to worldwide destinations (in the Price Finder bit -make sure you click the overseas button and you should get a drop down menu of countries).

Then you will need to send the buyer an amended invoice if the p&p is more than the original listing
