Yesterday i was offered a 2nd chance offer on a item i was biding on, i accepted the 2nd chance offer and made payment through paypal, i e-mailed the seller to ask 'whens best for a courier to collect the item?', the seller then wrote back to say 'he could not send until payment had cleared'. So i check my paypal account and the money has come out of my account but is showing as 'unclaimed'.
I e-mailed the seller to ask him 'to check that he had entered the correct paypal address and to explain that the problem was at his end (maybe a wrong paypal address or his settings) and i have heard nothing back from him/her, i have sent several e-mails and had no reply. I have now canceled the payment so the money is in my account but i really want the item. Trouble is the item i have bought rarely comes up on e-bay, there is another one like it going on e-bay tomorrow so i need to know if i am going to get the one i have tried to pay for so if not i can bid on the one going tomorrow.
What should i do?
Also after i canceled the order the 2nd chance offer showed up again on my account, i thought i would try again to pay for it but now its saying i have bought the same item twice and am being charged twice 
, the whole thing is a mess and i dont know what to do, theres not much i can do until the seller contacts me
