Seller wanting to cancel transaction, but...

...I've paid for, and received the item in question.

I'm confused to say the least. Do I have to send it back? They've selected 'other' as the reason but not put any further info as to why. I paid as soon as the auction ended (paypal) and received it shortly after. Nothing on my pp account to show a refund.

Have they just changed their mind perhaps..?

Does the resolution centre guide me through the whole process?

Can you tell I'm an eBay novice [bugrin]

Contact them and ask why you've had this request, they may have been selling more than one of something and sent you the cancellation in error.

They have done it so that they receive their ebay fees back Wink

no you should refuse it - they are lying to try get their fees back. Cheek.

I once got really confused as a seller and managed to cancel an item I had sent out and not cancel the one I managed to ruin (cut a pair of tights while putting them in the bag to post them Blush). Can't remember how I uncancelled the mistaken cancelling but sent many messages and no one gave me bad feedback for being disorganised Grin
