How and when do I pay my sellers fees?

I sold a couple of items 2 weeks ago and now have £2.85 in fees!

How and when do I pay it? Do eBay contact me or do I have to be a bit more proactive?!

I am not an experienced seller, but they have always taken fees from my Paypal account at the end of the month whenever I have sold a few bits & pieces.

Oh great, so I don't actually need to do anything at all?
