How do I list something as a buy it now with no auction?

I can only see how to add a buy it now price to an auction. Is there a different form to use for buy it nows only? Can someone explain it very simply please? TIA

same form but when you get the the section where the box is for inputting your auction starting price there is a different tab for you to click on for BIN options
