AIBU about seller not contacting me?

Bought something last Thursday. Won the auction and paid for it within 10 minutes or so. Since then I have heard nothing from the seller. I sent her a message yesterday asking if item had been posted - nothing. Sent her another message today asking the same and still nothing. Am thinking of opening a dispute but am I being too impatient?

If the seller doesn't respond I would open a case...it takes a few days for Ebay to do anything anyway so you might as well get the ball rolling.

Has the buyer marked as dispatched? Was it 1st or 2nd class post? Ebay will only open a case after expected delivery date, if it's 2nd class post I don't think this will be yet.

I normally wait a week and then email - then maybe wait a couple more days and if no response I would open a dispute

I email after 7 days, if no response go to dispute.

first check how long does she say her dispatch time is maybe a couple of days you should according to ebay always post within 7 days of payment, not everyone goes to postoffice every day so though you won on thursday she may not have posted until monday which is just 2 working days and with second class they estimate 5-7 days, so I would advise waiting till moday. I normally mark as dispatched on day i post but do not send out emails saying posted

most(80-85%) second class post in UK is delivered within 3 working days
