Can't check out using paypal -what do I do?

I've committed to buy something but I cannot check out using paypal - it says:

"At this time, we are unable to process your request. Please return to eBay and try another option."

It was doing this last night and still today. Should I be worried? Who do I contact?

Any advice appreciated.

Sounds like it is Paypal being broken rather than your account personally, otherwise they would be pointing you towards their "resolutions centre".

Have you tried clearing your cookies, or maybe use a different browser.
