Buyer address is a Guest House and no feedback

My DH has just sold a reasonably expensive mobile phone on ebay and the winning bidder has no feedback. The address he has given is also a BnB/Guest House. Is there anything he should look out for or do to protect himself in case the buyer turns out to be dodgy?
Thanks.

on the paypal email is the address confirmed or not?

If confirmed you can send the phone, but send it special delivery

I would not touch it with a barge pole to be honest.

I will pass this on to my DH. I don't think the bidder has paid yet so maybe he could say he will only post it to a verified paypal address or the item will be relisted. Thanks for the posts.

I would be very careful with a mobile phone - only post within the UK, always send special delivery, only send to confirmed verified address, etc.

If this buyer doesn't pay, open unpaid case on day 4 to get your fees back and issue buyer a strike

also add this buyer to your blocked bidder list

Oh and you need to do the unpaid process in its entirety (7 days until you can close it) before you relist the phone.

If you relist too early you could end up with 2 buyers.
