DH bought a camera that arrived today. It was described as excellent as new hardly used. But it has paint chipped of (metal casing) in various places, rather grubby and a dint in the bottom suggestive of it having been dropped.

He has immediately contacted seller asking to return as sig not as described, but we have a feeling seller will be funny seeing as they did not mention ANY of the above - though if he is then he will go throuh PP. BUT let's just say he does say no problem, return it and DH doesn't open a PP dispute - he is concerned if he returns it then seller doesn't refund what can he do then? Obviously we will send it back trackable and insured.

Thanks Smile

by the way please leave neg feedback if you haven't already - just don't mention refund, dispute, paypal or ebay - something along the lines of

'not as described, scratched, damaged - seller refused to resolve'

and mark stars low also
