Awaiting payment still and deadline is almost up!

4 payments are still outstanding, I have clearly stated on my auction the following -

'Payment is required within 3 days of the auction ending. If you need more time to pay please email me before the 3 days are up.'

This is also on the invoices I have sent to the winning bidders who didn't pay up immediately.

I am thinking of sending this reminder as I have heard NOTHING from any of these bidders.

'Hi there,

I am not going to the post office now until this afternoon. As long as you pay before 2pm today your item can be posted today.

I would like to remind you that payment is required within 3 days of the auction completing. This deadline runs out this evening.

I am happy to give you more time to pay but you MUST email me TODAY to request this.

If I do not receive any communication or payment from you by tomorrow evening, in accordance to eBay rules I can file a non-paying bidder report.

Thank you for your understanding and I hope to hear from you very soon.

Kind regards,'

Is this okay? Too harsh? If I end up filing a non-paying bidder report, this means they cannot leave me neg feedback?

TIA

I wouldn't bother with the email to be honest, just open a dispute on day 4.

Okay, maybe you are right.

Just pissed off, am 38 weeks pg and can really do without this stress, especially as the total outstanding payments only amount to about £25!!

I agree I am waiting for 3 buyers to pay. They have 7 days to pay anyway. I opened disputes for all 3 last night, have decided there is no point emailing them, if they're not going to pay an email won't make any difference anyway.

I think too many T&Cs including 'payment must be made within....' can get buyer's backs up - it's like they like to prove you wrong and prove they will pay when they want to - too much stress imo.
I prefer to not put any T&Cs on my listings or invoices etc. The vast majority pay immediately and for those who don't they will get a second invoice after a few days, then a reminder after a few more days, then a dispute. I don't think I've ever had an absolute non-payer.

Don't get stressed - it's not worth it.

TBH - I have always put this on my auction, this is the first time I have had people not pay up.
