Seller has gone quiet on me, wwyd?

Just bought a coat on ebay, it was collection or courier. I contacted the seller asking for the courier costs to be added to the invoice so I could pay -have heard nothing back, despite sending a reminder.
She wants to be paid within two days, which comes up tomorrow. I don't want to hassle her but I want to pay and have it sorted, is this normal behaviour? should I pay for the coat and wait to hear further about the courier?

Perhaps she meant that the buyer could arrange their own courier.

No, she quoted a price in her description. All I want her to do is add it to her invoice, and tell me when she's sending it so that I can arrange to be there, but she has not replied to anything.
