Buyer left me neutral, what should I do?!

I am an ebay powerseller and have over 800 sales. My f/b is all positives but yesterday I received a neutral for something I sold almost 2 months ago! The buyer said it was dirty and had marks on which is completely untrue, either way I would have happily refunded without her needing to send item back. I have written and told her this and sent her a f/b revision request but heard nothing, i'm really upset as this affects my business, is there anything else I can do? Thanks Smile

Is it too late to leave a reply to her feedback saying that she didn't contact and you would have resolved the matter.

As a buyer, with your feedback record, one neutral wouldn't put me off.

Just leave a calm follow up comment.
