Hi, I sold some tickets which were valid for this weekend only. I posted them on the 19th and they still haven't arrived 4 days later. The buyer wants a refund. Do I refund then try & claim back from the PO or is it down to the seller to claim? The tickets are now useless as they expire this weekend :-( What happens if/when they turn up on Monday? Will I still qualify for compensation from the Royal Mail? TIA...
