I know this has probably been asked a gazillion times but...what's the next step when you've bought something and it hasn't arrived?

Bought board game on 27th sept for DDs. Seller has marked the item as posted but it still hasn't arrived. Emailed seller last friday but no response. It's not a huge amout of money involved (under a fiver) ? it it a bit daft to open a dispute over such a small amount? Never happened to me before, so wasn't sure what to do next. Thanks. MW

Email seller again, every couple of days ideally. If no reply by 3 weeks after sale (Oct 18?) and you paid with Paypal then open a dispute at that point.

Seller could be on holiday, I try to give benefit of the doubt. If seller has proof of posting (it's hard to post a parcel without getting that!) they can claim their costs back from RM, no reason for you to be out of pocket.
