have emailed twice and had no response.

what would you do?

leave it four days after the auction ended, then open a non payment dispute. it doesnt matter how much it was for. they entered into a contract by bidding. dont just leave feedback you should open the dispute

nicky80 · 23/09/2010 15:52

yeah give them a chance I would leave it four days then e mail them asking if they still want the item and then after a week I would open a dispute. The person may have taken ill or their internet connection has gone down. I am an instant payer as I check my ebay daily (I buy so much off there) but there have been a couple of occasions when things have been beyond my control and I have had to go a couple of days without the net. I am sure if its only 99p then they still want the item. As a seller sometimes it happens when they realise that actually they have been way to bid happy and have paid well more than something is worth but its tough they have to pay. If its 99p then I cant see that being the issue?. Good Luck.

you need to give them time to pay and as already advised, open a dispute etc and if they don't pay you will get your fees back etc.

if you leave that feedback now I can guarantee they will pay if only to leave you a NEG

AnxiousLand · 23/09/2010 21:23

leave it 7 days at least!!

patience - are you going to die without 99p?

ALovelyBunchOfCoconuts · 23/09/2010 22:34

AL, Ebay rules state 4 days to pay :)

Then open a dispute then they have four days to respond. you get fees back and then you can relist.

AnxiousLand · 23/09/2010 22:51

oooh precious

ALovelyBunchOfCoconuts · 24/09/2010 09:13

Is that aimed at me AL?

Lauriefairycake · 24/09/2010 09:16

I thought it was 7 days to pay Confused

caykon · 24/09/2010 09:23

the feedback wont matter anyway, if they complain ebay will remove it. There is a rule that you can't leave neg comments in positive feedback sorry

ALovelyBunchOfCoconuts · 24/09/2010 10:32

"If you still don't get a response from the buyer, or if you feel that you won't receive payment, you can open an unpaid item case in our Resolution Centre as early as 4 days or up until 32 days after the listing ends."

see here

OhCobblers · 24/09/2010 13:10

thanks all.
auction ended on the weekend and the listing states 3 days to pay so feel i've given them ample opportunity.
will give it 'til tomorrow then open an unpaid item case.
