If you sell a phone on eBay how do you protect yourself ?

We've just sold a phone on eBay for £400 bin buyers paid in to our paypal account.

I'm wary of being ripped off.

Any tips ?

Keep lots of phones of it including the internal numbers; send insured Special Delivery/Airsure, don't send to any country that doesn't take Airsure, keep all receipts and photos for over 3 months (limit for complaints)

Should be fine!

Use a courier, it wont cost much as it is small, you can insure it for loss in transit. The customer will have to sign for it and there will be full tracking available on line in the event of a dispute
