CBT for Arfid

Any experience and recommendations for online CBT-Ar for a neurodivergent young adult? Thanks a lot.

CBT is recommended for AFRID and maybe offered in local talking therapy service or ED service- it’s a newish recognised presentation and where support is offered can vary locally and how complex the overall presentation is.

It involves food exposure work and requires a lot of effort on the client to do this both in and out of sessions. They may also need monitoring for. GP depending on what is happening physically.
