Hi so to start off I’m 7 stone and struggling to maintain my weight. I have 3 children, my husbands job will not stop putting him on 11pm till 8am shifts. This is meaning he is working all night and sleeping all day leaving me to do the child care night and day. If he is not working all night they are making him work all day long every time the kids are on school holidays again putting large amounts of pressure on me. He doesn’t have the qualifications to move jobs and work have told him to either do those shifts or leave. So we have no option because that’s are income.

On top of this my 2 children (the 3 one is too young to attend school) are in two different schools opposite ends of each other. The council will not put them in the same school because of lack of spaces again pressure on me.

Neither side will listen not the council not my husbands job and my health is declining. Like I said I’m struggling to maintain my weight I’m 7 stone and getting lower. I am being treated by the doctors about my weight they can’t do anything.

So I feel stuck like this till the point my weight will get that low I will be hospitalised.

I would get myself sectioned so that my children didn't lose their mother.

Im sorry the GP isnt being supportive. If you are stressed / anxious/ depressed medication will help alleviate it and then in turn lesson your restricted eating.
Its good youve recognised whats happening.
Do a weekly meal plan and stick to it, or even a daily meal plan on repeat if weekly is daunting. Make sure you have 3 meals a day and snacks. When my DD had anorexia she had a meal plan hospital told her to follow- breakfast , something like porridge, mid morning snack like a cereal bar, lunch jacket potato with cheese , mid afternoon snack - like a cake, dinner with pudding and 7pm milkshake. Everything full fat, drink lots of full fat milk. Keep going to GP to push for help. Contact charities like BEAT for advice. Do your children eat 3 meals a day? Eat with them but adult portions and add snacks and drink full fat milk. If you have anorexia this will be very very hard to follow but please please try to stop yourself becoming seriously ill, your children need you and you can get over this. Tell yourself every day that you are a good mum, a kind person and you deserve nutition.Try to block out any intrusive thoughts. Do you have friends or family that could support you?

It's not clear to me whether the cause of your low weight is due to your family situation or psychological.
On its own, while having 3 young children is hard work, you should still have time to eat.
In what way do you think having your older children in the same school and your husband more available help you to put on weight?

Surely your DH is available for a few hours in the evening before he starts work.
