Posting this here because I think that due to the nature of ED’s, more people may have had stress ECGs for related heart issues.
DS17 saw a cardiologist today, where they did a 20sec (I think) maybe less basic ECG. DS has ARFID and has been having chest pain/heart pain.
Doctor said today nothing really abnormal with the short ECG but evidence of right bundle branch block.
He didn’t suggest a stress ECG which surprised and I forgot to ask if they could arrange one and he only loosely said they could a monitor recording.
What I was wondering was whether anyone had had a pretty ok looking short ECG and then had a more serious outcome on a Stress ECG or longer monitor?
