As the title says really...since being pregnant my binge eating has gotten Sig. worse. I did get GD in my last pregnancy. I'm a healthy weight etc etc but binge eating has ruled my life for 20 years.
All's I want is to stop. I have read every book. I think it is triggered by slight undereating but I struggle to increase this and then ironically then binge.
Has anyone overcome this? I don't know whether eating larger meals will help or snacking....
Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.
