Worried... should I ask?

My 15yo dd is skipping breakfast, and rarely eats lunch at school. She has become vegetarian and she still eats a bit of supper, and will also eat large amounts of junk food, like 4 thick chocolate biscuits or 1/2 a box of chocs. She knows I'd like her to eat breakfast, and not to miss lunch. I tell her not to spoil her appetite for proper food by filling up on sugary stuff.
Should I tell her that I'm worried she is heading towards an eating disorder? She seems pretty happy & busy - nice friends, nice boyfriend... but only eating one meal a day makes me worry. Thanks for any advice.

Such a worry for you. Some advice here which suggests you should speak to her about your concerns but my teen (boy) would rather have crisps & chocolate than a meal if he could. Hopefully it’s just a blip rather than anything to be too worried about.
