Is this a symptom of binge eating?

I am feeling very bloated for 3 days and my stomach feels a bit sore. Also I cannot eat much now without feeling full very quickly.

It seems to have subsided now though. I am pretty much feeling back to normal with my appetite back.
However, I feel this episode of binge eating has really got me thinking about having to change me ways as those 3 days after the binge were very uncomfortable.

@theonlywayisup33 I'm so sorry, my reply was patronising. On reading your title and OP again I realise you were not asking what binge eating was.

So, in answer to your question, though I don't have experience I would say that any unusual digestive issue could be a symptom of binge eating. EDs put so much pressure on our bodies.
