I had anorexia many years ago but managed to overcome it without professional help.
I've always been conscious of keeping slim but my weight has been fairly healthy.
Recently I have been really stressed and unhappy. I can't really be bothered to cook and when I do I can't eat much although I make sure I have a good breakfast. I've lost a couple of kilos and I am worried my eating disorder is coming back.
I realise some people on here have far more serious eating issues but any advice would be appreciated.
