I have no clue

I don't even know how to explain myself, I've never really had a good relationship with food. But since having my kids it's gotten worse. I know it comes down to my fear of vomiting. So I tend to eat sort of low risk foods that aren't going to make me ill even though I know most foods wont anyway. Just everything about food repulses me, from looking at it to chewing it and swallowing it. I tend to drink loads when I attempt to eat so I feel fuller and can stop. I'm just at a loss because I'm just so tired all the time from lack of food but cant bring myself to eat. I've been to the doctors and they werent much help if I'm honest. Has anyone else ever felt like this ? Anyone got an tips to try ?

The eating disorder charity Beat is excellent. Why don't you give them a ring?
