I have never really had a good relationship with food. Had ED as a teenager. My diet has got more and more restrictive as the years have gone on...(.if I have been ill after a food, i will cut it out).
Its got to the point now that my diet consists of:
Peanut butter on toast/sandwiches
Bunny bites
Chocolate
Dr pepper
I know this diet is terrible and i do take vitamins (and have had bloods done and am apparently not lacking anything.
The issue I have now tho is that I feel unwell alot, my stomach hurts a fair bit, pretty sure its IBS (as pretty much all the females in my family have it).
I know I need to make a change but I'm absolutely petrified and don't know where to start as most foods scare me.
Not sure what I'm trying to ask here really!
