Randow Q about hypoglycemic migraines

I didn't manage to eat lunch today (lack of time) and had to do a bit more physical activity than normal. Right now, I'm having an awful migraine.

In the past few months I've worked out my migraines come on when I haven't eaten enough.

I think I might have messed up my blood sugar regulation through fasting and restricting in the past (apart from the headaches, I get that jittery, shaky feeling, even if I eat just a little later than usual).

Does anyone know if this might improve if I reach a healthy weight (bmi is 17 at the mo, so not too bad)? This is the most random question, I know, and I'm not really expecting anyone to be able to answer but I'm so fed up & I thought it'd be worth putting it out there.
