Hi dear mum,
I'm a mother from France. I'm living now in UK , London.
Since I'm here, my eating habits changed completely. Of course i can't eat like i used to do in France and i'm very busy.
So I usually eat instant noodle and ready meal. I warm it at lunch. But I know its not good , I thought looking for a nutritionist would be good for me as Iv put on pound since I'm here.

I would check that they are a registered dietician- these have to be qualified and members of a national body overseeing ethics and standards- like the one in my link.

Anyone can call themselves a nutritionist, so be careful there.
