How much for an acre of land in mid-Wales?

We’d like to buy about an acre of land for chickens, have a beehive and to grow fruit and vegetables. We already have a house so wouldn’t be looking for any residential potential. We’re in a very rural part of Powys, close to the Cambrian mountains. How much could we expect to pay for an acre of land, roughly? It could be land classed as agricultural as this is considered an agricultural use.

@HavingToStartAgain thank you. That’s a Wales-wide average, I was hoping for a more specific local value before I start talking to land agents.

It's hard to say. How much road frontage does the land have? Does it have water and electric. Does it adjoin your home already. How many other properties does it adjoin - because each could be a potential buyer. All these things will come into play.
