IVF - anyone not had any symptoms after embryo transfer and still got a positive?

I am 4dp5d transfer. First transfer failed (started bleeding 7 days into tww). This is a FET so have been on progesteron and oestrogen, and have been given extra Lubion injections in addition to cyclogest.

I’ve had some cramping on and off and some slight soreness in boobs, but it’s no different from before ET. It’s likely just the medication? Tummy a bit gurgly too.

Did anyone have no real symptoms and still got a positive?

All pregnancy symptoms can be ivf drug side effects, it messes with your head!

Only very mildly sore boobs here - she's now 2 and I'm waiting for her to wake from her nap.

I had no symptoms at all. Infact a had a huge bleed! I had a bfp on day 10 post transfer and now she's 6 and on the way to the shops with her daddy.
Hold on. I know how hard that is, but hold on to hope xx

I had four IVF pregnancies (only two carried to term) and I didn't feel any symptoms whatsoever with any of them until well after I'd tested positive. Sometimes I read TWW threads and see posters identifying and analysing potential symptoms in the most minute detail, and I wonder if I was oblivious to symptoms or if it's all in the head (FWIW, I've got several 'pregnancy symptoms' at the moment and I'm post menopausal!). As hard as it is, try to keep busy to make the time go by quickly, and try not to over think it xx

No symptoms with either of my successful ivf pregnancies, apart from the gurgly tummy (but that could just have been the drugs!). Good luck!!

Yes i read a 2ww thread earlier and it make me panic as everyone compared symptoms.

We’ve gone on a little Airbnb holiday by the beach which will help with distraction.

Hey, anyone got positive bloods after neg hpt? Currently 11days post FET and tested at home BFN but clinic said as I hvjt bleed continue as per schedule, lubion added this cycle and wondering is it delaying AF
Any advice welcome as I'm ready to lose my sanity or what is left of it x

I had a barely-there line this time, and the blood test was a definite positive. Not quite the same as you but it was definitely not a good line and had me fearing a chemical pregnancy! Do you have bloods due?

I have bloods Monday morning, still no bleed today, I had a pink dot in the pessary residue yesterday but nothing since its all pretty white and clean not even yellowish. I normally start to get pink pessary residue on day 7 island by this stage I bleed, 2 fresh transfers, 3 FET yo date and all the same, this cycle clinic changed to lubion to see if it helped, had ERA results said low progesterone so the last 2 FETs I had an extra day progesterone prior to transfer.
