Clinics in the UK affiliated with European clinics?

Hi,
I’m sure that I read a thread on here where partner sperm was collected in the UK but sent abroad to fertilise the eggs, then the frozen blasts were sent back for implantation in the UK.
Does anyone know what I’m rabbiting On about or am I just slowly going insane?

I have not had direct experience of this but wanted to say I think it is possible to ship sperm out of the UK to a clinic abroad. However I don’t think it’s possibly to ship blastocysts created with DE abroad into the UK due to different regulations surrounding egg donor anonymity and other issues. Someone more knowledgeable may be able to add further detail around this though.
