Hubby and I are looking for donor sperm, we have noticed seller diers to be a good site, does anyone have any reviews or experience with them?
Also for the medical/medical professional consent form, who can sign it? I have a friend who is a trainee paramedic could she do it? If not, would anyone on here be willing to sign the form?
