I've clicked on the link to try & go through it again to remember the 'issues' but one example is:

"Did you need donor egg or embryo?"

Well my answer was donor egg and sperm, both from separate donors specified for our blood group & characteristics to then use in ICSI which wasn't an option.

A second q was about natural therapy I think? We're given the choice of things like reflexology but I had acupuncture & this wasn't an option for me to mention either.
