I've been head hunted through a third party for a RM role. I'm going to be very vague -unhelpful I know- for a non residential service relating to cognitive conditions.
I am interested but have reservations. Obviously about the legal implications if God forbid, the worst happens. I've read the job description and it all looks do-able, but would really appreciate anyone who does/ has done this role to tell me a bit about it, what they like and don't like about it etc. Maybe questions to ask?
I'm a HCP and have managed an MDT for the last 15 years.
