Can anyone help me with these blood tests? Says abnormal but expected but I haven't got any underlying health conditions I cant get hold of the dr to ask

All blood tests have to be interpreted in the light of why they were requested with knowledge of the patient's history and examination. I'm afraid it's unlikely that anyone will be able to give you that via an online forum
