Moving from clinical to strategic role

Any fellow nurses moved from clinical practice to a more strategic role? I’m desperate for a new role, approaching burn out and wondering whether going for something that isnt patient facing is a less nuclear option than quitting nursing all together!

Im a B7 nurse with 10+ years experience, Most strategic posts seem to be 8a/b. Any suggestions for how to make that jump? Would love to hear how others have done it.

I have, I think it all depends on what you like and are good at, do you have any options?

Oh I am following with interest. I went agency, for much better pay and far less stress - but some part of me is still career focused and would like to go back.
