I have an interview for a locum agency tomorrow (offered a post but doing agency checks). What can I expect? New to this.

Morning I recently left a FT post and commenced Locum work as a band 7. I have never left a job in my professional life but was exhausted and pissed off working NHS. So just went for it

it can be quite a faff joining an agency
mandatory online training eg safeguarding
I was required to demonstrate vaccination status eg MMR , BCG scar check
online test interview with the agency
online interview with the service manager who had the post that I accepted
qualification viewing hold your degree up to screen
ID check 3 recent documents eg bank, council tax,passport
recent references
Enhanced DBS for child and adult .

all in it took 2 week to complete it all

i went for private blood test to speed up the occupational health clearance as it was fast (got same day results) cost @£300. But overall worth it as it meant I was able to sign up v quickly
