I signed up to online services for my GP and the letter just arrived with my log in details.
In this letter I have the website, login AND password all in one letter?!
My bank send pin codes in separate letters and some utility billing companies do the same.
If this letter had been opened by someone else (I don't live alone and it may have got lost in the post) then someone would have had access to my private medical record and could even have changed the password to not let me view my own records!
Is this right? Is this how it should have been sent with website, log in and password all in the same letter?
