Is anyone a member of the RCN? If so what benefits do you feel you get? I have been a member for over 10 years and haven't ever used them as such. Have indemnity with MDU so covered legally etc with them. Thinking of cancelling, could do with the money.

I was with the RCN but cancelled my subscription with them.I got a badge and a pen. They were useless during my workforce review as my manager was also a RCN rep. Lots of arse kissing going on. I am now unionless.
