Band 6 Mat Pay

Is anyone who is in the middle of band 6 able to tell me roughly what they got maternity pay-wise? Know it massively depends on how long you have off, your unsocial hours etc.

I’m 39 weeks and SBS have still not sent me my maternity pay breakdown. I’m having 9 months off and have asked for the pay to be averaged out. The man I spoke to weeks and weeks ago said they can’t average out the statutory part and I have no idea what this will actually mean in terms of my pay!

Finding the whole thing increasingly stressful and frustrating.

I'm waiting for my breakdown of pay too and i start mat leave in less than 2 weeks 😠 i have left 3 voicemails!!!!!. Last time i did what you have requested over the 9 months. Basically smp doesn't kick in until 8 weeks so they can't include in the first 8 weeks of pay so if makes you have less pay initially.
I was worse off in first 2 months but after that i got about £1000-1100 a month. I was on the 3rd band 6 point.
