Not an HCP, but public sector. I once declared some gooseberries a farmer gave me. Our Area Accountant was 😂. I don’t think I paid tax on them.

Lol this reminds me of when I was a student nurse on community. A patient’s husband gave my mentor a home grown cucumber, it had lots of white dots on it & was quite ugly, we found it hilarious (you had to be there!)and laughed all the way to the next call
