Healthcare role in a school - which union?

I've been working in a secondary school for 18 months. My role involves taking care of the health, wellbeing and medical needs of students. This is my first job in a school, but I have previously worked in the NHS (as a HCP).

I'm considering joining a union, and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for which union might be most suitable for my role.
