What do you dislike about your job?
I really like my job. It enables me to be practical and organised and I am not customer facing so I am behind the scenes which suits me. I am part of a great team where everyone is nice (as far as I know). I enjoy faffing with paperwork and updating records and all the general admin stuff.
I do not like the phone. Constantly bloody interrupting me when I am trying to get something done. Every time you ask for the same information to identify the patient and every time other professionals seem surprised and have to get the bloody file out! I even had one laugh and say I ask for the same information every time so she should be prepared. Yes! That would be helpful!
