Self Represent Final Hearing - please help

Can anyone please advise if I can submit all my paperwork to just the court or if this should also be submitted to the other sides solicitor?

I have submitted all my evidence to the court but not to the other side but am
now reading that I perhaps need to.

This is a domestic abuse case and I am worried about the other side seeing my evidence too soon and being forewarned.

The final hearing is in 2 weeks.

Please help. I am terrified of messing this up. Thank you.

Is this on the children or the finances? Either way there should be an agreed date/time at which to exchange position statements and/or any other submissions that have been ordered. Do you have directions in the order from the last hearing? If it says both parties to submit X docs then you should agree a time at which to exchange them in advance of the hearing. Position statements are usually exchanged the day before.

Op is this divorce or a protective order for DV? In any case, if you serve documents to the court/judge, you also must serve them to the other side.
I really recommend you get legal advice.
