Asking for a friend… He’s British and he has British children (born and raised in the UK up to like 2 years ago). They now live in Zurich and would like to separate from his partner, and would also like to keep primary custody of them. They moved to Switzerland for his partner’s job. Any advice on what he could do? Or recommendation of family solicitors.
