I am in current family court proceeding for financial remedy and need help with safe communication with court proceedings (in and out of court) due to domestic abuse issues I have no contact with ex, and cannot access legal aid. At a recent court hearing despite asking for special measures the judge asked us both to stay on screen, and granted the respondant permission to email me. I need to find a way to communicate and serve papers to the respondant safely with no direct/ in-direct contact, and a way to advocate for safety in court for victims of domestic abuse. Would be grateful for any advice to people who can offer that service at reasonable costs, ie. IDVA/ISVAs or other solutions.
