Ex seeking to change interim child arrangements and move children’s school

Right I have interim cao me weekdays ex saturday home sunday night now ex wants to swap completely as she now seperated from new partner and looking to get a home of her own.
if she applies now with no home as yet ( wants the order to get a council house) will she succeed? she is a distance from school so would want them to change school? what happens next?
I dont want them to move schools, the girls dont know yet.

I don't really understand. You have the children 6v nights out of and now she wants to change things so that she has them mostly, even though she has no home for them, and then she plans to use the fact that she has them to get council housing?

I'm not sure this is a plan that will work. I would imagine if you've had the DC 6/7 for a lengthy period and things are settled, the court wouldn't look too kindly on a significant change.

But I would suggest getting some legal advice.

Well i’d be saying no. Let her take it to court. It doesn’t sound to me to be in the best interests of the children.
