Please help- Ex being a nightmare in holidays x

My ex is an abusive narc and holidays are always the worst time for me. We have a court order, ( which states she lives with me and spends time with her) and we were supposed to sort out all plans 6 weeks before as per the order but as usual he wouldn't. He is supposed to be responsible for my daughter from Saturday evenings through to Tuesdays and since December he has done that and dropped her home Tuesday evenings so I could then book Wednesdays off to spend the day with her.

Over the past few weeks he has told me because the court order doesn't specify a handover time he is keeping her on Tuesday nights and I can pick her up at...11! So that wastes part of my day off. I ended up canceling my Wednesdays off at the last minute. My mum picked her up last Wednesday at 10am and she was still asleep as he put her to bed really late and was then in a bad mood all day as 'granny woke her up really early'.

The worst part is when she was complaining about granny waking her up I told her the facts that granny picked her up at 10 and daddy knew when she was coming as he had acknowledged the email, she jumped to his defence and got really angry. So frustrating I literally feel suicidal right now at the thought of taking him back to court but will have to get a proper handover time on Tuesday evenings .

Does it ever get easier?. Has anyone got any ideas as to what to ask for when trying to vary the court order? how to approach holidays , e.g if he hasn't agreed plans 6 weeks before what can I put in place to protect me from him making last minute changes that I don't agree with?. If anyone can offer some words of hope I would appreciate it as I feel so depressed right now, it's just constant bullying x

The 11am pick up won’t be a problem from next week when school goes back.

Can you arrange handovers to be at school? Eg he drops off at school Tuesday morning and you collect?

We have one schedule for holidays & one for term time so it's just the one in the holidays I have lots of trouble with. I will ask for a handover time for holidays to be put in the order.

I also need to figure out what to put in the court order that will make him give me a schedule 4 weeks before the holiday begins, because it ends up him dictating what's happening the day before !. E.g 'the father will discuss and confirm the holidays arrangements 4 weeks the holiday begins, or.......). But I don't know what the 'or' bit should be! Need to make it more bulletproof but not sure how x

Is in having her sat-Tues not 4 days? He is supposed to be responsible for my daughter from Saturday evenings through to Tuesday. With him now asking for a weds am pick up is he trying to show she’s with him more?

Yes. The court order is a bit ambiguous as it says he has her Mondays & Tuesdays in the week during hols but doesn't state a pick up time. So he's not breaking it technically but he's always picked her up Tuesday nights since the court order was created and has suddenly changed it which has ruined the Wednesdays I'd already booked off. If I had known in advance I would have said it was ok and let my mum have her on the Wednesday, and booked a Thursday off to be with her so my day wouldn't be shortened if you see what I mean.
