Very little money for legal fees - what can I do?

im going through a very high conflict divorce. Still living together with two young children. Husband won’t engage in the process or agree anything informally with me. I have just had a MIAM but he has not engaged with booking his and we have now passed the deadline. I can’t see any other way out other than going to court now. The problem is I have very very small pot of savings and while he is in the same position with this he has family wealth and his parents will pay all his fees. I earn well so I won’t be entitled to legal aid but with out mortgage and the cost of living I will only have about £500 a month available to pay towards legal fees. I can buy him out but he has refused. He won’t buy me out and wants to sell because he doesn’t want me to benefit from being in a house where he painted the walls. He feels he should get a larger percentage of the house because he earns slightly less than me but then won’t come to the table and tell me what he wants, he just continues to say it’s not fair and he needs more time. This has been going on for three years.. I’m mindful I need to keep some money aside for emergencies so although I can use my savings I can’t deplete everything. I’m at absolute breaking point and don’t know which way to turn. i have nobody that could help me
financially.

is there anyone else who has been in this situation, where one person has family wealth and can afford to drag this out. I’m trying to stay strong, keep myself in work and be present for my children. I’be so broken inside and really afraid I will never be able to get out of this without saving for the next five years to afford the fees. He is not motivated to move this on at all as living together is more cost effective and I also look after the children most of the time while he is working. I also work full time myself but my job is more flexible. Please help!
