Husband has left and I do not know how to cope

My husband told me he had fallen out of love with me just over a week ago. I begged him to try again and he agreed. He didn't put any effort into making things better and yesterday he told me that it isn't working and that he was going to leave. We had a big row last night yes this morning he came on a bike ride with me. When we got back I went for a shower and when I came out he was packing his bags. He has left and I'm heartbroken. I just don't know how I'm going to get through this and rebuild a life
